We are a 100% factory-direct manufacturer. Pandasoft operates a 16,000+ sqm production facility in China with 9 production lines, 110+ staff, and full in-house mold development, production, and QC capabilities. We are not a trading company -- you deal directly with the manufacturer.

Yes. We support 2D and 3D drawings, including STEP, SLDPRT, and PRT files. Before quoting, we can review the structure, material, hardness, tolerance, application, and mold feasibility.

Yes. Send us your physical sample, product photo, or early idea. We can check the size, structure, material, mold cost, and whether it is practical for sampling and mass production.

We usually reply within 12 hours after receiving your drawing, sample photo, quantity, material, color, logo, packaging request, or target application.

Yes. We support Pantone color matching. You can send us a Pantone number, a color reference, or a physical sample, and we will match the color as closely as possible for production.

Yes. We can support logo customization such as printing, embossed logo, debossed logo, or other suitable methods depending on the product structure and silicone surface.

Vector files are best, such as AI, PDF, EPS, or CorelDRAW files. If you only have PNG or JPG files, send them to us and we will check whether they can be used.

Yes. We can sign an NDA before reviewing your drawings, samples, product ideas, private-label designs, or packaging files.

For customer-paid custom molds, the mold is used for your project. We can keep and maintain it for repeat orders, and the mold cost is not charged again if the same design is used.

Existing mold products can start from 500 pcs. Custom industrial silicone parts are usually 500-1,000 pcs. Custom baby and kitchenware products are usually 1,000-3,000 pcs, depending on product type, color, logo, and packaging.

Our standard payment term is 30% deposit after order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment.

Yes. Qualified B2B trial orders are supported, especially when existing molds are available. Stock samples may be available, while custom samples may require a sample charge or mold cost.

We lock the approved sample as the production standard before mass production. Then we use first article inspection, in-process checks, mass production inspection, and final random inspection before shipment.

Food-grade silicone should be safe, non-toxic, and odorless after proper material selection and production. We can support material and safety testing based on your market requirements.

Yes. We support retail packaging, logo packaging, carton marks, export cartons, and shipment-ready packing details. Custom packaging MOQ usually starts from 1,000 pcs.

Yes. We can support UPC codes, barcode labels, carton marks, and other packaging information based on your retail, warehouse, or shipping requirements.

Yes. We can support export packing, carton marks, barcode labels, packing details, export documents, and delivery to your China forwarder. For Amazon FBA, DDP, or DAP needs, send us your destination and shipping instructions so we can check the workable option.
