We are a 100% factory-direct manufacturer. Pandasoft operates a 16,000+ sqm production facility in China with 9 production lines, 110+ staff, and full in-house mold development, production, and QC capabilities. We are not a trading company -- you deal directly with the manufacturer.

Yes. We support 2D and 3D drawings, including STEP, SLDPRT, and PRT files. Before quoting, we can review the structure, material, hardness, tolerance, application, and mold feasibility.

Yes. Send us your physical sample, product photo, or early idea. We can check the size, structure, material, mold cost, and whether it is practical for sampling and mass production.

We usually reply within 12 hours after receiving your drawing, sample photo, quantity, material, hardness, color, tolerance, working environment, or target application.

Yes. We support Pantone color matching. You can send us a Pantone number, a color reference, or a physical sample, and we will match the color as closely as possible for production.

Yes. We can support part number marking, identification marks, embossed logos, debossed logos, printing, or other suitable methods depending on the product structure, silicone surface, and application requirements.

Vector files are best, such as AI, PDF, EPS, or CorelDRAW / CDR files. If you need part numbers, warning marks, or simple identification text, send us the required content and position so we can check feasibility.

Yes. We can sign an NDA before reviewing your drawings, samples, 3D files, technical requirements, custom part designs, or project documents.

For customer-paid custom molds, the mold is used for your project. We can keep and maintain it for repeat orders, and the mold cost is not charged again if the same design is used.

Existing mold projects can start from 500 pcs. New custom mold projects are usually 500-1,000 pcs depending on part size, structure, material, and mold requirements. Qualified B2B trial orders can be reviewed based on project details.

Our standard payment term is 30% deposit after order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment.

Yes. Qualified B2B trial orders are supported, especially when existing molds are available. Stock samples may be available, while custom samples may require a sample charge or mold cost.

Pandasoft supports ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, REACH, RoHS, and UL 94 flame-retardant material support when required.

Our inspection process includes the following stages:

We lock the approved sample as the production standard before mass production. Then we use first article inspection, in-process checks, mass production inspection, and final random inspection before shipment.

Silicone parts should have stable material performance and controlled odor after proper material selection, compounding, curing, and post-process handling. We can help select suitable silicone materials based on your application requirements.

Yes. We support bulk packing, individual bagging, labels, carton marks, export cartons, and shipment-ready packing details. Custom packaging MOQ usually starts from 1,000 pcs when required.

Yes. We can support barcode labels, carton marks, part labels, and other packaging information based on your warehouse, logistics, or shipment requirements.

Yes. We can support export packing, carton marks, barcode labels, packing details, export documents, and delivery to your China forwarder. For DDP, DAP, or FOB needs, send us your destination and shipping instructions so we can confirm the workable shipping option.
